J.M.Achintha Ayaskantha

  My cat name is Kitty. It is a black and white cat. It looks like a tiger. Most of strangers asking like tiger. However he is an obedient cat. His body has a beautiful pattern. It always comes and wraps around my leg. His favorite food is biscuits. 

 It was a Wednesday and Poya day. We decided to go to Nawakada temple. I come to know it was a beautiful temple. Therefor we went there. It was the beautiful temple and temple I have ever seen. The temple was located on a rock. There was also a lake. The most important thing is the Buddha statue. The road leading to the statue was lit. It felt like a cool breez on all sides. In the evening we could see the beauty of the lake.

 Now I am a undergraduate. Therefore now I am working on a schedule. My field of study is music.  so these days I am practicing Violin and Guitar. Furthermore I chose western singing. I made a schedule. According to the schedule , I wake up at 4.30 am at that moment I started studying. After that I start to do the violin exercises. I practice guitar during the day and also practice singing. I also make melodies at night.     

 My grand father is a retired Policeman. He is a hard worker. His name is David Jyamaha. He is as disciplined then as he is today. When he retired, he started growing betel. Nowadays My grand father teaches to my father how to grow betel. And also he is a kind person. I can remember. When I was a child he gives me junk foods. He works responsibly. I love my grand father.   

  I remember it was a rainy day. All my friends were at school that day. There was sadness as well as happiness on the faces of many. Unfortunately my friend failed the Advanced Level exam. So I was sad too. However my music friends had organized a party. It was a matter of happiness. We all sang after the party. Furthermore we took photos of our batch. In a few moments we were all out of school.   

 I tried this recipe in my free time. I found the recipe for it on Youtube. It is a cutlets recipe. I tried recipe  when I was home alone. I thought to surprise mother. First of all I boiled two potatoes. Chop the onion and chili until it boil and minced the fish and pepper. After the potatoes were boiled, everything was mixed together to make a mixture. After that make a cutlet balls using biscuit powder and egg. Finally it was fried in coconut oil. However my attempt was successful.  

 After the Advanced Level I wanted to do something. Therefore I decided to make a little fish pond. After that I bought a lotas pot. I felt it was a good idea. Later I bought some ornamental fish. Some of those are orange color. I brought lotus plants to that little pot. Now it is my little fish pond. As soon as I wake up in the morning I go to the fish pond. It is my pleasure.

 My first musical instrument is violin. My choice was acoustic guitar. But my music teacher recommended that the violin fit me. However I bought a violin at the grade seven. It was an orange colour violin. The violin was a surprise for me. I remember buying a violin for 7000 rupees. Tow week later I met a famous  violin teacher in our area after that I started to learn violin.

Music is my thing. Therefore my ambition is a musician. In these days I am going step by step near to that goal. Because now I am a under graduate of the University Of Visual And Performing Arts. My ambition is a musician but I have not idea to be a school teacher. Therefore I want to be a lecturer. In these days I am a self learner. Because I want to learn about music than others. It is a my stable goal.

 When I was in Ordinary Level I decided to do Indian music exam. It is known as Visharad exam. My music teacher was Mr. Karunarathna. However I started to participate to the music class. I had to learn various ragas. Moreover my music instrument was violin. That exam had four steps known as Prathama, Madhyama, Visharad part 1 and Visharad part 2. Furthermore that exams supported me in the o/L practical test. Finale I passed the Indian exam. Now I am a Visharad of violin.

 My name is J.M. Achintha Ayaskantha. Now I am 23 years old. There are four members in my family including me. I have a elder brother. I am Sinhala in nation. My school is Kuli/ Baragedara Anagarika central collage. My is father a teacher. My mother is a house wife. so, my hobby is playing guitar. I am a music minded person. I used to listen songs in my free times and play the violin.  

  Paddy should be sown twice a year. That days are my favorite days in the year. My father and a few people can be seen at the time. They work in the mud of the field. White hooks can be seen coming in flocks. In those days our mother used to cook delicious food. Even if it was sunny , the sowing would not stop. I feel so sorry for them.

  we went a trip to Polonnaruwa. It was our last school trip. I can remember it was a Sunday. We had to go to school at 4.00am to school. Our school teachers had arranged a bus for trip. However we all got on the bus. The journey began in a few minutes. There was a guitar and congo drum in the bus. We sang till we went to Polonnaruwa. As far as I can remember it took three hours to go to Polonnaruwa. What I liked most was the time I was on the bus.   

I used to celebrate my birthday every year. As far as I can remember that day was 22nd March of 2020.It is a my unforgettable day. That day I got up early in the morning. when I wake up my mother had prepared Milk rice. My mother and father wished to me. After  the few minutes . I heard a door knocking sound. I think there was a stranger. He was my brother. He surprised me. He gave me a Subwoofer for my birthday. I had a great desire to buy a Subwoofer. But my brother presented it. 

Tow years ago I started a music class. I started it after the my Advance Level Examination. I had a great desire to teach music to students. As a result I started to teach music to students. The first class was attended by one student. But I did not hesitate. Tow months later, three students participated. And my music teacher helped me with that. I also resived a monthly salary. I could not do it anymore because of starting university.  

  My study room is located in front of the house. Sometime ago it was the store room. As soon as I was selected for university I wanted a study room. so the store room was changed in to a study room. These days I have to spend most of the day in the study room. Mow I do my studies very freely in the study room. From the windows in the room I could see the beautiful flower beds my mother had planted. My favorite place in the house is the study room.  

My house is located in a calm and quiet environment. Because there is a beautiful paddy field around the house. And also a beautiful stream of water flows. The gentle breeze that blows across the paddy field is healing. My house is a tow storey house. It also has a balcony. I love looking at the paddy field from the balcony. Neighbors say my house looks very nice. Most of the time they appreciate the look of the front of the house.

  J.M.A.Guru is my youtube channel. I built it a channel for music learners. The primary cause of its development was the Corona epidemic. Because students can not approach teachers. I included a lot if violin tutorials that its student needed. I have no studio and condenser microphones . But I try to do it simply by using my maximum ability.   paper is an expensive spice. It is also commonly used spice. So we decided to plant paper three years ago. At present the cultivation has grown a lot. This plantation is maintained by mom and dad and me. We go to the paper plantation every day at 4.pm. Therefore we do not need extra exercises to body. But the hardest part is picking the paper.

  Punsanditha and Randika are my bestfriends. They are my village friends. Randika is active and playful boy. But Punsnditha is a humble boy. We are best friends but these days we haven not more time to meet. We have been friends since childhood. I remember when  we were little we rode bicycle around the village. Whe I was  in school, they came to see me every weekend. Most days we played cricket . And also we used to spend hours playing computer games. Those memories will tell me how wonderful  childhood was.

 Kuli/Baragedara Anagarika Dharamapala M.M.V is my  first and last school. I still remember my school days. when I was at grade 10, i went to school by my bicycle. Because my hobby is riding bicycle .I still remember how happy I was with friend. I had not best friend. But I am friendly with everyone. Music room was my favourite place in the school. I participated in many music competitions. In the morning assembly, the national anthem was played under my leadership. finally I was able to become the head prefect in the school.

when I was a student at grade five dad bought me a computer .As far as I can remember it was a duel core computer. It was a first computer bought to our village. My father bought it to me for educational purposes. But I am addicted to play a lot of games. And also I remember my  mother blamed me when I miss my studies. After all, it was the happiest time of my life. 

  I needed a computer for university studies. Because we had to learn through zoom platform. My smartphone was not enough for that. Therefore I decided to buy a laptop computer. This laptop belongs to the Ryzen 5 category. Its price was one hundred and fifty thousand rupees. I think worth it for the price. Because it has 8 GB RAM and 512 GB storage. IT is more than enough for mt works.

There were 42 teachers in our school. But I think there was a teacher who had understood who am I he had a good understand of me. No one else , he is my music teacher. His name is Mr.Sunanda Wijesinghe. He has a lovely heart. And also he is a kinf person. Most days sir took me on the bike. He has a good qulaity. That he is ready to help anyone at any time. Therefore he became my favorite teacher.    

 Mr. Amarasiri Piris is my favorite Sri Lankan singer. He is dark in complexion. And he has broad body. However he has a serious voice. And also I like his singing style. He sings at one time like a Western classical singer and at another like a Indian classical singer. My favorite song from his collection is "Oba apple malak vage". The most important thing is that he is a singer as well as a violin player. As far as I can remember he is a student of Mr. Chemasiri Pemadasa . 

This is the most special day of my life. My birthday is March 22nd. Not only it is a special day but also it is also one of my favourite days. i had never celebrated my birthday. But that happiness was given to me by my girlfriend. And also she organized a birthday party for me. And she invited me to come her house. Because here birthday is 21st of March. Therefore she organized the birthday party for both of us. We also recorded a video of the Party as a memento. However it was a very beautiful day.  

 The sport I like is martial arts. Therefore I joined a karate class when I was little. I really enjoyed wearing the karate kit. our karate master used to call me  as Ayaskantha. I remember we exercised hard early in the morning. The most difficult part was the stretching exercise. Some days I also needed the help of friends. However I was able to do that exercises better than others.  

 When I was a student my brother gave a puppy as a gift. It was a great surprise for me. That puppy belonged to Labrador family. I have loved raising a dog since I was a child. Because I had no friends. Over time,the puppy and I grew up. I forgot to say. His name is Broono. Broono is a good dog . I felt his unconditional love. That is a major difference between dogs and human. Andalso he is a playful dog. I dislike call as dog because I can trust him as my bestfrind. He is always close to me. He looks at me like a baby when I bathe him. A wonderfully lovable dog. Unfortunately he is no longer with me. He died in an accident last week.

  We went a trip to Nuwara Eliya at the last year. It was a sunday. I would like to tell you about the begining of our trip. That sunday we had to wake up early in the morning . We desided to get our breakfast on the way. Therefore we got ready fast.our rent van was come in that moment. In five minutes we started the trip. There were five members including me. Those were my mother,father,grandfather and grandmother. However we were able to arrive sooner than expected to Nuvara Eliya. At the time I felt very cold in my body. So we went first to see the "Moon Plains". That is the most beautiful place I have ever seen. A strange feeling came to mind. After that we went to see the "Lipton seat". I think that is the highest place in that area.we also experienced the temperate climate at Bandaravela. We spent the night at a house in Bandaravela. Other places we visited on tour:- Gregory Lake  Ramboda Falls Bomburu Ella Falls Finally I must say. It was the best trip I have...
